This software is so intuitive it is literally plug-and-play. We provide primary care, functional medicine hormone replacement, and pediatric integrative care. Before we used OptiMantra, we were using Charm. We switched over because we needed something that could be more of an all-in-one system: to do paperwork, schedule, chart, sell supplements, check out patients, and bill insurance.

It's been a literally a hundred percent turnaround and we get pretty much zero complaints as far as not being able to figure out how to do the paperwork. The biggest thing on our end is just the ease of use and being able to capture patients and retain patients.

I find OptiMantra to be the most comprehensive EMR I have used, incorporating everything required in a fully integrated EMR for running a busy, multi practitioner office.
